Deposits
When paying a deposit in our store, the payment method you used will be kept on file to allow us to charge the remaining balance on the due date (typically 90 days prior to trip start). Once the due date arrives, your payment method will be charged automatically and then deleted to security purposes.
Installments
Pay-With-Installments is powered by Shop Pay and Affirm. Amelia does not see any information you submit to them and Amelia cannot assist with terms or questions related to your installment plan, please contact Shop Pay/ Affirm.

Minors
At this time, we cannot accommodate minors on our trips.
Flights
Flights, unless specifically indicated, are not included in the trip price
Airport Transport
Once the trip has been confirmed, and the trip attendees have booked their flights, we will coordinate up to 3 airport transfers at times that make the most sense for the group. If you do not find the transfer time convenient, you may find your own way to/from the airport, just let us know so the drive isn't waiting for you.
