Experience a 5 day/ 4 night trip to Mallorca with female startup founders and friends. Immerse yourself in luxurious accommodations at a 5-star hotel right on the beach and relax in one of Europe's most beautiful islands. Make new friends, commiserate, collaborate, and grow your tribe. The ultimate escape to fuel your business and personal growth.
We'll be wine tasting, cruising on a private catamaran, visiting beautiful villages, and even experience a candle light concert in a cave.
Whether you're a female founder, or a friend of one, you'll have a great time in recharging and relaxing in paradise.
Roommate = you and a roommate will share a Superior sea-view room with a large private terrance (link to room), you'll each have your own single bed or if you prefer, a you can share a king bed. Each person needs to book a ticket (1 ticket= 1 person). If you don't have a roommate, you can book and one will be assigned to you.
No roommate = you'll have a private room with a king bed, a sea view, and a private balcony (link to room).
About your host
Heather is the winner of the Mitre Women in Health Tech Award and the NJ STEM Entrepreneur of the Year. She started her first company at the age of 23, Fumee, a cigar bar and media company where she was featured in publications like Cigar Snob, Cigar Magazine and The Wall Street Journal. In 2016, she founded Welnys, the world's largest marketplace of health and wellness professionals for the workplace powering corporate wellness programs for PayPal, Walmart, The City of Boston and more. Welnys was acquired in 2022, and after a year off, Heather returned to work on her third start-up, Amelia (this site!). Heather speaks German and has traveled to all 7 continents, 53 countries and 29 US states.
About your host
Sarah is the founder of Crafted, a social-first retail marketing platform that helps brands drive measurable in-store sales by linking social engagement data to purchases. She has forged partnerships with leading brands like Jack Daniel’s, Entenmann’s, and Michelin, helping them drive retail velocity with localized, performance-driven influencer content. Raised between Minnesota and Asia, and spending all of her adult life in NYC, she has a love and a deep curiosity for different cultures. During the pandemic, she started sharing recipes online, which sparked the idea for a social cooking app. That idea evolved into Crafted today. While she isn't making as much recipe content lately, you can find her on LinkedIn cooking up retail marketing videos!

Day 1, Thursday
- Arrive at PMI Airport (flights not included)
- Easily uber or taxi to the hotel in 15 mins
- Check into the Hotel Nixe Palace (or similar)
- Free time to explore Palma, go to the beach or enjoy the spa and pool at the hotel
- Welcome dinner at hotel
Day 2, Friday
- Breakfast at hotel (included)
- 4-hour catamaran excursion. Includes open bar and tapas. Activities included are snorkeling and paddle boarding. We'll stop at beaches and coves to swim. (Included)
- Have the rest of the afternoon to explore Palma on your own
Day 3, Saturday
- Breakfast at hotel (included)
- Today we'll be exploring the western part of the island on our private, all-day tour. We'll visit Deia, a small and picturesque village, Valldemossa, a UNESCO world-heritage site where Chopin once lived, and Soller with a historic tram and shopping. (Included)
Day 4, Sunday
- Breakfast at hotel (included)
- We'll spend half the day on a private tour of the must-see Caves of Drach. Inside, we'll row on the underground lake and be treated to a live classical music concert by musicians on row boats. We'll end with a shopping trip to buy Mallorca pearls, a type of high-end synthetic pearl that Mallorca has been famous for making since the 1800s. Mallorca pearls are carried by Barney's and Nordstroms. (Tour + transport included)
- After a few hours of down time at the hotel, we'll head out again for a wine tasting in Palma Old Town just prior to dinner. At Avinae, we'll be guided through a tasting of 5 Menorcan wines over the course of 2 hours. Light snacks and cheese will also be served. (Wine tasting included)

Day 5, Monday

- An optional yoga class awaits you in the morning
- Depart Mallorca for your return flight home, or continue your onward journey
